Longue sortie"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Longue sortie VTT de 80km aujourd&#8217;hui en passant par les Etangs de la Mini\u00e8re, la base de loisirs de St Quentin pour rejoindre la butte d&#8217;Elancourt et son point de vue.<br \/>Ensuite sentier sympa en haut du ru d&#8217;Elancourt pour remonter apr\u00e8s vers la For\u00eat de Ste Apolline. Puis une fois pass\u00e9e Plaisir, je retrouve la For\u00eat Domaniale de Bois d&#8217;Arcy.
