Sur mon parcours \u00e0 Ris-Orangis peu avant d&#8217;arriver de sortir de la ZA du Bois de l&#8217;Epine, je change la fin de mon itin\u00e9raire en prenant un petit chemin sur la droite qui longe un canal et m&#8217;am\u00e8ne vers les jardins individuels de Courcouronnes <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/IMAG0072.jpg\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" \/>.<br \/>\nA partir de l\u00e0 via les voies cyclables j&#8217;arrive derri\u00e8re la Dame du Lac <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/IMAG0069.jpg\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" \/><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/IMAG0070.jpg\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" \/><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/IMAG0071.jpg\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" \/>.<br \/>\nSympatique chemin que d\u00e9sormais j&#8217;emprunterai \u00e0 l&#8217;aller et au retour et qui \u00e9vite de passer par la ZAE de St-Guenault.<br \/>\nLe midi, pas de changement, je me rends au restaurant administratif toujours \u00e0 v\u00e9lo en traversant le Parc des Coquibus <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/IMAG0073.jpg\" width=\"640\" height=\"480\" \/><br \/>\net un morceau du Parc Henri Fabre.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hello les amis vttistes \ud83d\ude42 Finalement, ma douleur au genou s&#8217;estompant, je reprends mon velotaf mais sans trop forcer.
