Promenade de l&#8217;Orge"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>Apr\u00e8s la journ\u00e9e pluvieuse d&#8217;hier, petite balade ce matin sur la Promenade de l&#8217;Orge. Pas beaucoup de monde de crois\u00e9 en cet mi-ao\u00fbt. J&#8217;ai roul\u00e9 en singlespeed en 34&#215;18, juste ce qu&#8217;il me fallait. Mais \u00e7a n&#8217;a pas pourtant pas suffi pour la mont\u00e9e de la tour de Monthl\u00e9ry: trop raide et pas assez d&#8217;adh\u00e9rence \u00e0 l&#8217;arri\u00e8re. Pour terminer deux choses: j&#8217;aurais fais roul\u00e9 mes trois v\u00e9los cette semaine, \u00e0 chacun son terrrain et sa pratique et puis surtout&#8230; je viens d&#8217;atteindre les 10000 kms \ud83d\ude42 Bon ok moi c&#8217;est depuis d\u00e9but 2006 que j&#8217;ai d\u00e9but\u00e9 le VTT, d&#8217;autres font \u00e7a en un an ! Pour ma part, un minimum de 2000 kms par an me convient pour entretenir la forme.
