Je reprends mon TS pour cette sortie, apr\u00e8s avoir v\u00e9rifi\u00e9 encore une fois le SAG la veille. Je laisserai l&#8217;amortisseur en position Propedal 1 pour commencer. Direction donc Palaiseau puis Corbeville avec un petit passage toujours aussi gras derri\u00e8re Polytechnique. Je descends ensuite sur le Guichet pour r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer la vall\u00e9e de l&#8217;Yvette \u00e0 la piscine d&#8217;Orsay. J&#8217;arrive \u00e0 la gare de Bures puis dans le parc de Montjay. Je traverse le viaduc des Fauvettes, pas mal de monde par ici. Gometz-le-Chatel est l\u00e0, la for\u00eat de Gif s&#8217;aper\u00e7oit au loin. Une fois travers\u00e9e et la gare de Gif pass\u00e9e, je remonte par la c\u00f4te du Moulon et je rentre par la Martini\u00e8re, Saclay, Vauhallan, Igny. Pendant le parcours, je changerais la position du Propedal sur 2 puis 3. J&#8217;avoue que la diff\u00e9rence ne m&#8217;apparait pas franche. Quoiqu&#8217;il en soit, \u00e7a ne changera rien, j&#8217;ai toujours mal aux cuisses au bout de 25 bornes. Impossible ensuite de monter la moindre c\u00f4te.
